K N O C K O U T delivers a killer combination of bag work, circuits and HIIT in a 50 minute fast paced, fat burning cardio workout that will leave you on the floor!

Our world class instructors will take you through all the technical elements before you get to land your own killers blows on the bag. In between bag rounds expect high intensity circuits to help get you fighting fit.

Expect sweat, a lot of of it. The fat and calorie burn will the closest you will get to a real fighters training camp.

Choose between Boxing and Thai Boxing inspired classes.

Barefoot training in Muay Thai and trainers must be worn in boxing classes.
