Officially the best workout to tone your bum and thighs! Specially designed for ladies focusing on toning and sculpting the glute’s and core. Using various resistance band levels to stimulate all the muscles associated with your abs and rear end! Isolation is the word in this workout. Multiple movements in all directions, along with killer Brazilian beats and an instructor that is body goals incarnated!


Essential Information:

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before class time, so we can take you through the class technique and equipment.
  • Must book class in advance.
  • All you need is your trainers and workout clothes.
  • Towels are provided on the day.
  • You can purchase water from the ONE Refuel Bar or bring some along with you.
