Strength & Sweat (Upper Body)
Are you looking for the best Strength classes in Fulham? These classes are designed to make you strong and lean. You will test your cardiovascular engine, using a combination of full body movements, at high intensity intervals, as well as learn to lift and progress with some of the most experienced instructors in the industry. Our instructors will work through lifting technique before building you up to take into the workout of the day (WOD). You will expect to burn fat in the most effective way to help maintain lean muscle mass.


Essential Information:

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before class time, so we can take you through the class technique and equipment.
  • Must book class in advance.
  • All you need is your trainers and workout clothes.
  • Towels are provided on the day.
  • You can purchase water from the ONE Refuel Bar or bring some along with you.
