Strength & Sweat Ski
This workout will be a mix of mobility, strength, balance and core training specifically focussing on the heavy demands that skiing places on the body. It is designed to decrease the risk of injury and prepare the body to be able to endure longer and tougher runs to make the ski season more active and enjoyable.
