Are you looking to shed some fat and improve your cardio? This class is for you! Ride to the hottest tunes in this freestyle high intensity cycle training. Ride your way to a sexy butt, toned arms and amazing legs. You’ll determine speed and resistance, but don’t forget: the harder you work, the fitter you’ll get and the hotter you’ll look.

Essential InformationPlease arrive 10 minutes before class time, so we can take you through the class technique and equipment.
  • Must book class in advance.
  • All you need is your trainers and workout clothes.
  • Towels are provided on the day.
  • Bring water along with you, or can be purchased in club at our Juice Bar
  • Bikes are suitable for normal trainers or cleats shoes.
