Immersive Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga works to deepen your range of motion, specifically targeting the connective tissues and finding a deeper access to the ligaments, bones, and joints, stimulating the flow of energy through the body.


The challenge of a Yin practice is to maintain the postures for longer periods of time, whilst bringing awareness to the breath and observing the mind. Give yourself permission to slow down and bring balance to your dynamic 'Yang' yoga practice, perfect for our fast-paced London lifestyle. Open to yogis of all levels.
