Shes run group fitness classes for over 10 years with a focus on making everyone feel comfortable and confident. Laura is certified to teach a range of disciplines from BODYPUMP, dance fitness and Level 2 exercise to music and fitness instruction, and has a Level 3 Award in Education and Training. Shes currently studying to become a personal trainer and is working as a trainer for Les Mills SHBAM. Shes passionate about seeing people succeed in becoming great instructors for this programme.

Bens a London based hatha and vinyasa flow yoga teacher with a background as a fighter and ultra-marathon runner. His approach to yoga asana focuses on how we can change our mental state by creating change on a physical level so Bens classes are a practice in bodily alchemy - how we can manipulate neuro transmitters and change biochemistry through the different poses. Expect energetic classes with a focus on core strength, but taught in a way that's accessible for all levels. Adrian is a Level 2 Head Coach in Weightlifting and has a distinguished Elite Olympic Weightlifting career, during which he has competed internationally in Europe and is a two-time winner of the British Championship. Jenna is an expert in Crossfit and her inspiring journey began in 2013 after suffering a back injury which left her with limited mobility and in chronic pain for about 10 months.
It was her newfound passion for Crossfit, which she first tried in 2012, that pulled her through her injury, both mentally and physically.
Her passion for coaching and training fuelled her to start competing in 2014, for fun at first and with little knowledge (she had to borrow her coachs mens XL singlet for her first competition which was less than flattering!).
Fast forward to 2015 and Jenna took bronze in weightlifting at the English Championships, her biggest achievement to date. Jenna regularly competes in Crossfit and has qualified for some of the UKs biggest competitions.
She loves competing as part of a team and is now directing her passion for coaching and training to make other peoples goals a reality.

Natalie trained at Laine Theatre Arts for 3 years on the Professional Musical Theatre Course. She graduated in 2005 and has worked consistantly in Musical Theatre. she's been involved in European tours, Uk tours and West end engagements. Natalie has also worked both in live bands and as a session singer.
Natalie currently teaches Insanity, P90X and PIYO, and has now brought a unique Barre Fusion class to the timetable.
