If you could design your dream Training Shoes, what colours would they be?
Grey. I am obsessed with grey trainers.

When did you realise it was time for a fresh start / move into fitness?
When the highlight of my day was when the Daily Mail refreshed their stories at lunchtime.

If you could have a super power - what would it be and why?
Teleporting. Is that the right word? I love travelling and am always all over the place. In London I live in my car, I wish I could just click my heels or my fingers and be at my next destination. I could get so much done in a day if I eliminated all my travel.

Describe your ideal cheat day...
Malbec. Carbs. More Malbec.

Who or what is your biggest motivation?
This may come across the wrong way, but I am my biggest motivation. I want to be the healthiest and happiest version of me. I don't want to be like anyone else nor do I aspire to be like anyone else. I just want to be the best version of me.

What’s next in 2018?
I am working hard at the moment to launch some exciting projects for Burn Strength Yoga in 2018.
