We are so excited to be holding Nike Training Club Strength sessions starting on 7th January 2017 with Faisal Abdalla at ONE LDN @nikelondon #NTC


Event Summary

Get stronger and build lean muscle using resistance, bodyweight, and partner drills. This is a moderate to high-intensity workout that takes focused effort to lift weights and stay moving at controlled tempos, usually in a circuit – style format.
