YOGA WORKSHOP WITH HOLLY DAVIS
Are you looking to improve your yoga practice?
Do you want to feel more confident on the mat?
Are you not quite sure how to ‘move through a Vinyasa’ properly, and would love to be shown exactly how?
Or perhaps you’ve been interested in starting yoga for a while, and are looking to get stronger and more flexible, but you’re worried you’ll be that one at the back who has no idea what they’re doing?!
Whether you’re a practicing yogi or a complete yoga virgin, YOU’RE INVITED!
SO WHAT TO EXPECT?
In this fun and friendly two hour workshop, Holly will guide you through effectively a long Vinyasa Flow class, but with a ‘stop/start’ format where lots of the basic asanas (poses) will be broken down in detail, from: how to breathe properly, Sun Saltutations, Vinyasas, Downward Dog, Chataranga and ‘floating’ forward to the top of the mat; as well as some of the trickier ones like Bakasana (crow) and headstand. If you have no idea what these words mean, don't worry! We’ll go slow, so that you can gain a better understanding of exactly how each move should be done, with lots of chance to practice.
Towards the end, expect some peaceful meditation and blissful sound healing with Alchemy crystal singing bowls, so that you leave feeling refreshed, reset, and ready to face your weekend!
Vibes will be relaxed and interactive – feel free to ask any questions throughout! Please also note that this is a judgment-free zone – no one cares if you can’t touch your toes…
