Booty HIIT

Get a butt that Beyoncé would be proud of with this bootylicious workout. Booty HIIT will strengthen, tighten and sculpt your butt, quads and calves in no time.

Insanity

Pushing HIIT to the max, this session develops strength, stamina, agility and power. Be prepared for 30 seconds of blistering intensity as you target all of the muscle groups in one shot. This calorie burner is not for the faint-hearted.

Pump

Ready to get lean and toned? The ONE coaches will show you how it’s done. They’ll guide you through proven moves and techniques using light to moderate weights. Expect great music and great results.

ONE HIIT CARDIO

Cardio is a 45-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, and increases speed. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results. Go hard and get fit fast.

ONE HIIT STRENGTH

Get strong and lean with ONE HIIT Strength. Barbells, weight plates, and body weight exercises will blast all major muscle groups leaving you with the lean muscle you’ve always dreamed of.

ONE BOOTCAMP

Join the ONE LDN Team for a FREE outdoor workout experience. High intensity interval training, which will burn and condition you into peak performance. Whatever your background, whatever your goal, you'll find us at Imperial Wharf station
