MONDAY = LOWER BODY

WEDNESDAY = UPPER BODY

FRIDAY = FULL BODY


We are taking athletic high performance training to the next level!

Renowned for its Strength & Conditioning and technical weightlifting classes, ONE LDN Strength and Conditioning studio merge’s high performance cross training with most effective HIIT classes. High energy sweat filled classes are led by some of the best Strength and Conditioning, GB weightlifting and CrossFit coaches and are based around simple programming using compound exercises. Each WOD (workout of the day) will focus on either a AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) or METCON (metabolic conditioning) style session. The sessions promise low impact workouts and high calorie burn and after burn.

Newbies - Please arrive 10 min before your class so we can take you through the class technique and equipment.

SHRED BODY FAT & IMPROVE STRENGTH

These sessions will feature one main powerlift, e.g. deadlift, squat, push-press etc, using the barbell. Our instructors will work through lifting technique before building you up to a challenging working weight to take into the workout. Never lifted before? Don't worry, our instructors are ready to teach movement patterns so you can lift with confidence. (New programme every month)

Expect to sweat, you will test your cardiovascular engine, using a combination of full body movements, at high intensity intervals, you will expect to burn fat in the most effective way to help maintain lean muscle mass. A combination of cardio, body weight, dynamic and volume strength training to improve strength endurance and cardio capacity.

45MIN Group Rowing Class with Functional Training.You won’t experience a CV engine workout quite like it, accessible to all, be prepared to get comfortable being uncomfortable. This highly efficient low impact full body cardio workout will have you working harder than you thought was possible, vibing off the music and energy pounding around the room with high intensity intervals and minimal rest periods equals maximum calorie burn without the impact, but with all the fun.

 



The Strength and Conditioning studio has a fully functional rig as well as the latest weightlifting equipment, such as bumper plates, Olympic bars, platforms, sandbags, oversized medicine balls, battle ropes, sledges, kettle bells, plyo boxes and lots more.
