This Website and the Goods and Services displayed on it are provided by ONE LDN Limited

  1. These are the terms and conditions, which apply to your use of this Website and the purchase of Goods and Services from us. If you do not agree to these Conditions, you must not use this Website.
  2. This Website and the Goods and Services displayed on it are provided by ONE LDN Limited and its subsidiaries. Further information about us is set out in Condition 12. When we refer to "you" and "your" we mean the user of this Website, purchaser of Goods or user of our Services.
  3. You should read these Conditions carefully before using this Website or purchasing any Goods or Services from us.
  4. We reserve the right to change these Conditions at any time. Any changes to the Conditions will be effective after the change is published on this Website. You should check these Conditions before each order as they may have changed since your last visit.
  5. If you have any questions about the Conditions, the Services or this Website, please contact us using the contact details in the “Contact Us” section of this Website.
  6. When the following words with capital letters are used in these Conditions, this is what they mean:

The term Membership refers to a monthly paying customer who pays by either Direct Debit or Credit/Debit Card. Pay As You Go (“PAYG”)/Prospect customer, who has any credits loaded on their personal account and/or is using ONE LDN facilities with permission of ONE LDN is referred to as a Class User. Class Users and Members are governed by the same Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

The membership agreement is between you, the member and ONE LDN, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 9182206), Palladium House, 1-4 Argyll Street, London W1F 7LD.

By following the joining process to become a Member, either via our website (oneldn.com) or in club with a member of the ONE LDN team, you are agreeing to accept the terms and conditions of this membership agreement.

1) Agreement

  1. The Monthly Membership Agreement commences once you have completed the appropriate payment information along with your personal details and accepted the terms during the joining process. By accepting the terms, you are agreeing to pay any applicable Joining Fee, Administration Fee and Monthly Membership Amount, which are shown at the start of the joining process and again before confirming your payment instruction.
  2. The Membership is a rolling month to month agreement payable in advance on the 1st of the month via your Credit/Debit card or by Direct Debit.
  3. If your membership is paid via Direct Debit and you are changing to another membership or wishing to pay via Credit/Debit Card it is your responsibility to cancel your Direct Debit with your bank before your next collection date. ONE LDN cannot be held responsible for cancellation of member's Direct Debit instruction.
  4. As part of your membership agreement you are aware that ONE LDN uses the services of Stripe Inc. to process and collect your Credit/Debit Card payments. Stripe Inc. terms and conditions can be found on their website https://stripe.com/gb. ONE LDN does not store any customer payment information, please refer to Privacy Policy for further details.
  5. Upon joining ONE LDN, regardless of the membership type, (Imperial Wharf club) you will be required to purchase a £30 Joining Fee, payable upon collection on your first visit. You'll receive a Membership Key which provides you access to the Club, secure access to a locker and access to the MyWellness tracking system. Please note this is a non-refundable charge.
  6. You are only entitled to use the gym or gyms detailed in your membership agreement provided you continue to pay the appropriate monthly amount.
  7. Memberships are not transferable and no one else is allowed to use your membership to access the gym and/or classes. Class bookings and Credits are also non-transferable.
  8. ONE LDN will endeavor to collect all membership fees due on or around the collection dates communicated however, should any error in collections arise resulting in a membership fee not being collected ONE LDN reserves the right to subsequently collect all and any membership fees outstanding.
  9. If your Credit/Debit card payment is declined for any reason your membership will be immediately suspended and access to the facility will be withdrawn. ONE LDN will re-attempt to collect your outstanding payment once per day over two consecutive days, if any of the two attempts is successful your membership will be immediately re-instated. If after two re-attempts to collect outstanding payment your Credit/Debit card are still declined for any reason your membership will be terminated with immediate effect and any access to the facilities denied.
  10. If you have cancelled your membership or your membership was terminated due to failed payment attempts as described in point 11, you will forfeit the right to any previous or historic discounted membership prices that have been applied to your account. If you wish to re-join, you can only re-join on current membership prices.
  11. Email communication to membership@oneldn.com is subject to a 3-day reply period, although every endeavor will be made to answer your query as soon as possible.

2) Cancellation of Membership

  1. All cancellations must be made in writing to by emailing us at membership@oneldn.com.
  2. For members who joined BEFORE 1st January 2018 the following applies:

  3. Cancellations must be made before 27th of the current month to be processed for the following month. Any cancellations received on or after the 27th of the month will not be processed and a payment for the following month will be due on the 1st as per normal payment dates detailed in point 2 of these Terms & Conditions.
  4. If your membership is paid via Direct Debit in addition to the cancellation procedure stated above you are responsible to cancel your Direct Debit with your bank before your next collection date. ONE LDN cannot be held responsible for cancellation of member's Direct Debit instruction.
  5. For members who joined ON or AFTER 1st January 2018 the following applies:

  6. You understand ONE LDN requires a full calendar month notice to cancel your membership and this must be made in writing to membership@oneldn.com.
  7. Your last payment will be a pro-rata payment paid on the 1st of the month following the date your cancellation email was received by ONE LDN and will be calculated up to the day the calendar month notice applies at your current membership rate.
  8. Once your cancellation email is received ONE LDN will confirm your cancellation and last pro-rata payment amount via email and will endeavour to do so within 3 days of receiving your original cancellation email.

3) Freezing of Membership

  1. Memberships can be frozen for a period of minimum of 1 Month.
  2. A fee of £10/month is applied to membership freezes.
  3. We can freeze your membership for £10 per month. The freeze will occur from the beginning of the month until whenever you are ready to come back. If you would like to freeze your membership for the following month you need to email membership@oneldn.com before or on the 15th of the current month, or you will pay your usual membership rate for the following month.
  4. Membership can be reinstated at any point after the expiration of the 1st month and the monthly fee will be calculated on pro-rate basis.
  5. Memberships cannot be cancelled from a Frozen state. If your membership is Frozen and you wish to cancel it, you must first reactivate your membership and pay for a full month. Following payment, you must then send an email to membership@oneldn.com stating your intention to cancel.

4) Current Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions

Intro Offer – 1 Week Unlimited Classes £20 – IMPERIAL WHARF

  1. Offer is only valid for the customers who have never been to ONE LDN before.
  2. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discounted Membership or Class Package.
  3. Offer is only applicable when valid Credit/Debit Card details are stored during on line sign up process (see point 1 of Membership Agreement).
  4. Offer valid from date of purchase for 7 days.
  5. All other Terms & Conditions remain the same.

5) Bookings & Class Cancellation Policy

  1. Early Cancel: classes can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the class start time without incurring a charge, any credits related to your booking will be returned to your ONE LDN account in full.
  2. Late Cancel: if a class cancellation is made within 12 hours of the class start time or if you do not attend without notice ("no-show") you will be charged the full class rate, and no refunds will be given.
  3. No Shows for Classes: ONE LDN reserves the right to suspend your ability to book classes online if you book classes and don’t show up for them.
  4. Lateness Policy: we want you to get the best experience out of every class and ensure your training is both safe and effective, therefore we do insist on a strict lateness policy. Please ensure you are ready 5 minutes before your published class start time, any lateness to classes may result in you not being able to participate in that class and your credits for that class not be refunded. No entries will be allowed 5 min after the start of the class.
  5. Waiting List - If you join a waiting list, and a spot becomes free, you will be charged the full credit price for the class. Bookings will be made automatically when a spot becomes free, on a first come, first served basis. If you no longer wish to be on a waitlist, it is your responsibility to remove yourself via the My Account area and cancel the booking.
  6. You can book up to 4 slots per class for you and your friends. Any extra slots will be charged for 20 credits each.

6) Communications

  1. You may opt out of email and SMS communications that we may send at any time by contacting us via email at membership@oneldn.com or via the "unsubscribe" button on promotional emails.
  2. We cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred by you not receiving ONE LDN related communications.
  3. You may complain to us by emailing membership@oneldn.com using the email address that we hold for you.


  1. You are at least 18 years old.
  2. You agree to pay us the applicable monthly membership fee and joining fee (when applicable) on the date detailed during the online membership application process.
  3. You agree to maintain your direct debit instruction with your bank for your monthly membership fee and keep any card payments details used to pay for your membership up to date.
  4. In the unlikely event of disruption or temporary interruption to services you agree to pay the monthly membership fee.
  5. You agree to abide by the Gym Membership Rules, which are available during the online joining process, prominently displayed in the gym.
  6. You agree that your membership is non-transferrable under any circumstances and you are the only person permitted to enter the facilities using your unique membership "key".
  7. You agree to keep us informed of any change to your personal details and contact information.
  8. You agree to supply correct personal information, such as name, email, address, and phone number. Failure to do so may result in membership being suspended without notice. Reactivation fee of £10 may be chargeable to amend incorrectly supplied details.
  9. To protect your identity, you agree to have your photo taken which will be stored securely on the ONE LDN membership system to identify you upon entry to the club. Lack of a photograph may lead to your account being suspended.
  10. You consent to being recorded on club CCTV for security purposes and reviewed at our discretion by our employees and/or appropriate contractors.
  11. You are aware that gym inductions are available to you and are strongly advised to attend regardless of your previous exercise experience and levels of fitness.
  12. You will at all times wear suitable and applicable clothing as directed by club management and set out in the gym rules.
  13. You agree to use the facilities and equipment in a safe and proper manner at all times.
  14. You agree to consult a member of qualified ONE LDN team if you are unsure of the intended or correct use of any piece of equipment and we are not liable for any injury sustained through the incorrect use of equipment or facilities.
  15. You will be held liable for any damage to equipment or facilities through negligent use.
  16. You understand we have the right to terminate your Membership Agreement immediately if you fail to pay any applicable fee or charge.
  17. You understand we have the right to terminate your membership immediately for any breach of the membership and gym rules.
  18. You understand ONE LDN reserves the right to terminate any membership or refuse entry to facilities at any time.
  19. You understand that this agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales.


  1. Any additional services, for example Personal Training and Treatments do not form part of your membership agreement with ONE LDN and are provided entirely by 3rd parties.
  2. You are aware that any additional services you contract for or agree to pay for are done so entirely at your own risk and you are entering into an agreement directly with those individuals and not ONE LDN.
  3. We will endeavour to ensure all 3rd parties supplying additional services on the premises have the relevant and applicable qualifications and insurance to provide the services you have contracted them for, however, you agree that it is your responsibility to check.
  4. You agree and understand that we are not liable for any personal injuries, damages, or losses caused by any negligent act of those providing the additional services.
  5. We bear no responsibility for loss or damages of personal belongings left on site and unattended.


I declare that:

  1. The information given in entering this agreement is correct and will be relied upon by us.
  2. Our staff, agents and subcontractors are not medically trained and should you have any concerns with your health and fitness you should seek independent medical advice before engaging in any physical activity on our premises.
  3. To the best of my knowledge and belief I am in good health and not knowingly incapable of engaging in either active or passive exercise and that such exercise would not be detrimental my health, safety, comfort, well-being or physical condition. Further, I confirm that I will advise ONE LDN immediately should my health or vulnerability to injury change.
  4. I have read and understood this agreement and all its Terms and Conditions before accepting them below.
  5. This agreement will become binding upon both parties once I have checked the "I confirm that I have read the Health Declaration” and pressed the “Complete Booking" button has been clicked.

I also state that I wish to participate in activities that may include aerobic exercise, resistance exercise and stretching. I realise that my participation in these activities involves the risk of injury and furthermore, I confirm that I am voluntarily engaging in all physical exercise activities. I understand that it is my responsibility to notify staff or contractors of ONE LDN providing additional services of any changes to in my medical/health conditions or if I feel unwell or sustain any injury during any activity undertaken.
