WOD

Our 60-minute flagship class inspired by traditional CrossFit programming. WOD combines weightlifting, conditioning, and gymnastics for a varied and dynamic workout every session. With a focus on skill development, we incorporate 12-week strength cycles to help you build power, master technique, and crush your fitness goals. No two days are the same!

HYROX

This class is tailored for anyone looking to excel in HYROX, the ultimate fitness race. Over 45 minutes, you'll tackle functional exercises, endurance training, and strength circuits designed to mimic the demands of a HYROX competition. Whether you're preparing for your first event or aiming for a podium finish, this class builds the grit, stamina, and skills you need to dominate race day.

BUILT

Built is your go-to class for strength and muscle development. In this 4-week cycle, we target Hypertrophy, Strength, and Endurance with a structured approach to consistent progress. Master foundational exercises, improve coordination, and experience that satisfying muscle pump with lighter weights and shorter rest periods. Get ready to feel stronger, leaner, and more confident.

WEIGHTLIFTING

Refine your Olympic lifts in this technique-focused class. Learn and perfect the snatch and clean & jerk, while also working on accessory movements to enhance your strength and performance. Whether you're a novice or an elite athlete, this class is tailored to help you improve and lift with confidence.

GYMNASTICS

COMP CLUB
