It is members responsibilities to make sure their contact details including name, telephone number and email address are correct on the system.

This Website and the Goods and Services displayed on it are provided by ONE LDN 360 Limited (“ONE LDN”, “ONE LDN 360”, “The Company”.

These are the terms and conditions, which apply to your use of this Website and the purchase of Goods and Services from us. If you do not agree to these Conditions, you must not use this Website.

This Website and the Goods and Services displayed on it are provided by ONE LDN 360 and its subsidiaries.

Further information about us is set out in Condition 12.

When we refer to "you" and "your" we mean the user of this Website, purchaser of Goods or user of our Services.

You should read these Conditions carefully before using this Website or purchasing any Goods or Services from us.

We reserve the right to change these Conditions at any time. Any changes to the Conditions will be effective after the change is published on this Website.

You should check these Conditions before each order as they may have changed since your last visit.If you have any questions about the Conditions, the Services or this Website, please contact us using the contact details in the “Contact Us” section of this Website.

When the following words with capital letters are used in these Conditions, this is what they mean:

ONE LDN MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

The term Monthly Membership refers to a monthly paying customer who pays by either Direct Debit or Credit/Debit Card. Pay As You Go (“PAYG”)/Lead /Trial Customer, who has any credits loaded on their personal account and/or is using ONE LDN 360 facilities with permission of ONE LDN 360 is referred to as a Class User. Class Users and Monthly Members are governed by the same Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

The membership agreement is between you, the member and ONE LDN 360, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 13382095), Lawford House, Albert Place, London, N3 1QA.

By following the joining process to become a Member, either via our website (oneldn.com) or in club with a member of the ONE LDN team, you are agreeing to accept the terms and conditions of this membership agreement.

THE AGREEMENT

The Monthly Membership Agreement automatically commences once you have completed the appropriate payment information along with your personal details and accepted the terms during the joining process. By accepting the terms, you are agreeing to pay any applicable Joining Fee and Monthly Membership Amount, which are shown at the start of the joining process and again before confirming your payment instruction.

The minimum term of all Monthly Memberships is a full calendar month – i.e. it starts as of the 1st day of the first full paid calendar month and lasts for the duration of that month. For example: if a Membership starts on 15th September, the minimum term would begin as of 1st October and last for the duration of October.

The Monthly Membership is a rolling month to month agreement payable in advance on the 1st of the month via your Credit/Debit card. ONE LDN 360 are no longer accepting Direct Debit as a form of payment for the Goods and Services. If you are a Legacy Member and have historically paid via Direct Debit you are required to cancel your Direct Debit with your Bank, update your card details at Reception or online via www.oneldn.com and notify a member of the ONE LDN 360 team on membership@oneldn.com at your earliest convenience to switch your membership over. It is your responsibility to cancel your Direct Debit with your bank before your next collection date.

ONE LDN 360 cannot be held responsible for cancellation of member's Direct Debit instruction.

ONE LDN 360 will not issue any refunds in cases where the member has been informed by ONE LDN 360 about the need to cancel their Direct Debit but failed to do so.

As part of your membership agreement you are aware that ONE LDN 360 uses the services of Stripe Inc. to process and collect your Credit/Debit Card payments. Stripe Inc. terms and conditions can be found on their website https://stripe.com/gb. ONE LDN does not store any customer payment information, please refer to Privacy Policy for further details.

Upon joining ONE LDN 360, with the exception of the 30 Day Intro Membership, all members will be required to purchase a £30 Joining Fee, payable upon collection on your first visit. You'll receive a Membership Key which provides you access to the Club, secure access to a locker. Please note this is a non-refundable charge.

You are required to use a key to enter a club. In the case that your key is lost, you can purchase a new key. The amount of £6.00 is refundable on the return of the key.

You are only entitled to use the gym or gyms detailed in your membership agreement provided you continue to pay the appropriate monthly amount. Memberships are not transferable and no one else is allowed to use your membership to access the gym and/or classes. Class bookings and Credits are also non-transferable. If your membership is used by another person, you will be liable to an extra one month membership fee.

ONE LDN 360 will endeavour to collect all membership fees due on or around the collection dates communicated however, should any error in collections arise resulting in a membership fee not being collected ONE LDN reserves the right to subsequently collect all and any membership fees outstanding.

If your Credit/Debit card payment is declined for any reason your membership will be immediately suspended and access to the facility will be withdrawn. ONE LDN 360 will re-attempt to collect your outstanding payment 5 times over the following month, and at any point after that throughout the month. If any of the attempts are successful your membership will be immediately re-instated. If after re-attempts to collect outstanding payment your Credit/Debit card is still declined for any reason your membership will be suspended with immediate effect and any access to the facilities denied. Under this Agreement you will still be liable for all outstanding month/s payment.

If you have cancelled your membership or your membership was terminated due to failed payment attempts as described in point 11, you will forfeit the right to any previous or historic discounted membership prices that have been applied to your account. If you wish to re-join, you can only re-join on current membership prices, having settled the outstanding amount owed.

ONE LDN 360 reserves the right to change membership rates at any point.

Email communication to membership@oneldn.com is subject to a 3-day reply period, although every endeavour will be made to answer your query as soon as possible.

MEMBERSHIPS CANCELLATIONS AND DOWNGRADES

All cancellations and downgrades must be made in writing by emailing us at membership@oneldn.com.

All downgrades and cancellations are subject to 1 calendar month notice (i.e. from the 1st of every month for the full duration of the month).

Members on any monthly membership may cancel or downgrade their membership to a lower fee membership after or with effect from the end of the minimum term by giving one full calendar month’s advance written notice, effective from the 1st of the following month.

If your membership is paid via Direct Debit in addition to the cancellation procedure stated above you are responsible to cancel your Direct Debit with your bank before your next collection date. ONE LDN 360 cannot be held responsible for cancellation of member's Direct Debit instructions and is not liable for any fees incurred by the client as a result of the client failing to cancel their Direct Debit.

Your last payment will be a full month payment paid on the 1st of the month following the date your cancellation

Once your cancellation email is received ONE LDN 360 will confirm your cancellation via email and will endeavour to do so within 3 days of receiving your original cancellation email.

FREEZING MEMBERSHIPS

Monthly Memberships can be frozen for a period of minimum of 1 Month full calendar month running from the 1st until the 1st and Maximum of 6 Months; The freeze will occur from the beginning of the month (1st) until whenever you are ready to come back.

A monthly member must have a membership with ONE LDN 360 for 360 minimum period of two full calendar months before freezing their membership.

ONE LDN will automatically reinstate the Frozen memberships after 6 months.

A fee of £10/month is applied to membership freezes.The freeze charge will occur from the beginning of the month until whenever you are ready to come back. If you would like to freeze your membership for the following month you need to email membership@oneldn.com before or on the 15th of the current month, or you will pay your usual membership rate for the following month. Your membership can only be frozen from the 1st of the month.

Membership can be reinstated at any point after the expiration of the 1st month and the monthly fee will be calculated on pro-rata basis.

Memberships cannot be cancelled from a Frozen state. If your membership is Frozen and you wish to cancel it, you must first reactivate your membership and pay for a full month. Following payment, you must then send an email to membership@oneldn.com stating your intention to cancel.

CURRENT PROMOTIONAL OFFERS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Offer is valid when a new member signs up through referral of a current member who has had an active membership of a minimum 1 month period. The 50% discount is only valid off the current standard Club Membership amount.
The current member must have been on a membership for a minimum of 1 month.
An email to membership@oneldn.com is required, stating the name of referral member and current member before the purchase.
Joining Fee is still applicable for the referral. Cancellation may only be requested after one full month's payment. The current member will receive a refund for the amount following the activation of the referral membership. Current members may refer multiple friends and will be entitled to additional months at 50% off. Refunds for these will be processed consecutively over the amount of months relating to the amount of referrals. "

New Clients: Valid for purchase within 1 month of your membership purchase and expires within 2 weeks of purchase.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS - IMPERIAL WHARF

Discount is only valid until the end of your year agreement.

Once purchased, Annual Memberships are non refundable, however, are transferable if you wish to do so.

Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discounted Membership or Class Package.

Offer is only applicable when valid Credit/Debit Card details are stored during on line sign up process (see point 1 of Membership Agreement).

All other Terms & Conditions remain the same.

BOOKINGS & CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

You can book up to 4 slots per class for you and your friends. Any extra slots will be charged for 20 credits each.

Early Cancel: classes can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the class start time without incurring a charge, any credits related to your booking will be returned to your ONE LDN account in full.

Late Cancel: if a class cancellation is made within 12 hours of the class start time or if you do not attend without notice ("no-show") you will be charged the full class rate, and no refunds will be given.

No Shows for Classes: ONE LDN reserves the right to suspend your ability to book classes online if you book classes and don’t show up for them.

Lateness Policy: we want you to get the best experience out of every class and ensure your training is both safe and effective, therefore we do insist on a strict lateness policy. Please ensure you are ready 5 minutes before your published class start time, any lateness to classes may result in you not being able to participate in that class and your credits for that class not be refunded. No entries will be allowed 5 minutes after the start of the class.

Waiting List: If you join a waiting list, and a spot becomes free, you will be charged the full credit price for the class. Bookings will be made automatically when a spot becomes free, on a first come, first served basis. If you no longer wish to be on a waitlist, it is your responsibility to remove yourself via the My Account area and cancel the booking.

COMMUNICATIONS

You may opt out of email and SMS communications that we may send at any time by contacting us via email at membership@oneldn.com or via the "unsubscribe" button on promotional emails or via your WodBoard app/account.

We cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred by you not receiving ONE LDN 360 related communications.

Please let us know of any concerns by emailing our General Manager using the email address that we hold for you.

SECTION 2 - YOUR OBLIGATIONS

You are at least 18 years old.

Anyone, under the age of 18 years old, wishing to use the gym must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on their first gym visit. Written liability waiver in a form of an email to imperialwharf@oneldn.com from a parent or guardian is mandatory.

You agree to pay us the applicable monthly membership fee and joining fee (when applicable) on the date detailed during the online membership application process.

You agree to maintain your direct debit instruction with your bank for your monthly membership fee and keep any card payments details used to pay for your membership up to date. In the unlikely event of disruption or temporary interruption to services you agree to pay the monthly membership fee.

You agree to abide by the Gym Membership Rules, which are available during the online joining process, prominently displayed in the gym.

You agree that your membership is non-transferrable under any circumstances and you are the only person permitted to enter the facilities using your unique membership "key".

You agree to keep us informed of any change to your personal details and contact information.

You agree to supply correct personal information, such as name, email, address, and phone number. Failure to do so may result in membership being suspended without notice. Reactivation fee of £10 may be chargeable to amend incorrectly supplied details.

To protect your identity, you agree to have your photo taken which will be stored securely on the ONE LDN membership system to identify you upon entry to the club. Lack of a photograph may lead to your account being suspended.

You consent to being recorded on club CCTV for security purposes and reviewed at our discretion by our employees and/or appropriate contractors.

You are aware that gym inductions are available to you and are strongly advised to attend regardless of your previous exercise experience and levels of fitness. These can be booked with a member of ONE LDN 360 team at reception.

You will at all times wear suitable and applicable clothing as directed by club management and set out in the gym rules.You agree to use the facilities and equipment in a safe and proper manner at all times.You agree to consult a member of qualified ONE LDN team if you are unsure of the intended or correct use of any piece of equipment and we are not liable for any injury sustained through the incorrect use of equipment or facilities.

You will be held liable for any damage to equipment or facilities through negligent use.You understand we have the right to terminate your Membership Agreement immediately if you fail to pay any applicable fee or charge.

You understand we have the right to terminate your membership immediately for any breach of the membership and gym rules.

You understand ONE LDN 360 reserves the right to terminate any membership or refuse entry to facilities at any time. You understand that this agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales.

SECTION 3 - OTHER CLAUSES

Any additional services, for example Personal Training and Treatments do not form part of your membership agreement with ONE LDN 360 and are provided entirely by 3rd parties.

You are aware that any additional services you contract for or agree to pay for are done so entirely at your own risk and you are entering into an agreement directly with those individuals and not ONE LDN 360.

We will endeavour to ensure all 3rd parties supplying additional services on the premises have the relevant and applicable qualifications and insurance to provide the services you have contracted them for, however, you agree that it is your responsibility to check.

You agree and understand that we are not liable for any personal injuries, damages, or losses caused by any negligent act of those providing the additional services.We bear no responsibility for loss or damages of personal belongings left on site and unattended.

FORMAL COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

WRITTEN DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPLAINT - detailing all aspects, including any evidence and communications already received

Submit via email to our General Manager here.

The receipt of your complaint will be acknowledged within 5 working days and will get reviewed by the manager and an independent member of the team and you will get a response with a solution/outcome within 14 working days. Where it is not possible to offer a solution within 14 working days you will be notified of the rationale and the expected timescale for the response to be provided.

ONE LDN CUSTOMER SURVEY PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1: ONE LDN may choose to send an email to a randomly selected group of members inviting them to participate in a customer survey. ONE LDN can decide whether the participants may have a chance to enter in to a prize draw.

2: Only one entry per member per month. This is a free prize draw once the member has completed the survey but only open to members of ONE LDN excluding employees of ONE LDN, their family and any other person associated with this promotion.

3: To enter the prize draw, simply complete our online customer survey from the link in the email sent to you. On completion from the survey select ‘yes’ when asked ‘would you like to enter the prize draw’. Entries must include your contact information that was requested.

4: To qualify for the prize draw your entry must be submitted by the deadline date requested. Incomplete entries will not count.

5: By entering this prize draw, you confirm that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.

6: ONE LDN will contact winners on their personal information provided by them.

7: Prizes are not transferrable.

8: Information provided by you shall be treated in accordance with our privacy policy,

9: In the event of a dispute, the decision of ONE LDN is final.

10: ONE LDN reserve the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.

11: These terms and conditions will be governed by English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.


HEALTH DECLARATION

I declare that:

The information given in entering this agreement is correct and will be relied upon by us.

Our staff, agents and subcontractors are not medically trained and should you have any concerns with your health and fitness you should seek independent medical advice before engaging in any physical activity on our premises.

To the best of my knowledge and belief I am in good health and not knowingly incapable of engaging in either active or passive exercise and that such exercise would not be detrimental my health, safety, comfort, well-being or physical condition.

Further, I confirm that I will advise ONE LDN 360 immediately should my health or vulnerability to injury change.I have read and understood this agreement and all its Terms and Conditions before accepting them below.

This agreement will become binding upon both parties once I have checked the "I confirm that I have read the Health Declaration” and pressed the “Complete Booking" button has been clicked.

I also state that I wish to participate in activities that may include aerobic exercise, resistance exercise and stretching. I realise that my participation in these activities involves the risk of injury and furthermore, I confirm that I am voluntarily engaging in all physical exercise activities. I understand that it is my responsibility to notify staff or contractors of ONE LDN 360 providing additional services of any changes to in my medical/health conditions or if I feel unwell or sustain any injury during any activity undertaken.
