GYMNASTICS

Bodyweight training including competitive bodyweight techniques such as kipping pull-ups, muscle-ups, handstand variations etc. Programmed for all abilities.

WEIGHTLIGHFTING

Focus on weightlifting technique, strength & power development.

“Weightlifting” generally refers to the Olympic lifts (Clean & jerk and Snatch), rather than use of weights in general.

WOD

Box-style strength & conditioning training involving “met-con” workouts. Repeated several times a day. Varied focus throughout the week.

The ultimate endurance-focused calorie-burning workout with minimum rest and maximum sweat. Push yourself through continuous high-intensity training against the clock.
