ONE LDN is now an official Hyrox Affiliate, meaning we will be hosting monthly Hyrox simulation events, keep your eyes peeled on our socials, newsletters and Wodboard announcements for all the updates. If you miss out on our events, don’t worry you can get booked into 11 of our regular Hyrox Conditioning classes across the week.
Our class will be for our Hyrox devoted, accessible for all levels of fitness, this 45-minute class will test your strength and endurance. Catering for those wanting to compete in Hyrox or just enjoy the style of training!
